Instructor material access and passwords have changed

As part of our web site upgrade, we moved the instructor materials to a new page where they are easier to find.

For users of the first edition, look under the 1st edition link on the main menu, above. For the second edition, use the Instructor Materials link. The password to access the materials has also changed. If you are teaching a course with the book, or teaching yourself and want access to exercise solutions, etc., please contact us to request the passwords–and tell us which edition you use.
